Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology. It uses waste paper as a raw material and shapes paper products of a certain shape from a special mold on a molding machine.
It has four major advantages:
* The raw material is waste paper, including board paper, waste carton paper, waste white edge paper, etc., which has a wide range of sources;

The low consistency hydrapulper / pulper / hydraulic pulper / pulping machine can breaking the waste paper or recycle paper or
pulp board to paper pulp, with the working consistency of 3-5%. It can run continuously or intermittently
The body is made of carbon steel of Φ6-12mm or stainless steel 304, and the rotor is made of carbon steel with inlaid
wear-resistance alloy knife or stainless steel 201, and the sieve plate is made of stainless steel 304 with Φ10-12mm performance.
The motor is from Chinese famous or Siemense or user-specified brand.

1) Our factory is located in Qinyang City, Henan Province, China. You need come to Zhengzhou City, then we will pick you up to our factory.
From Beijing to Zhengzhou City,it will take 1.5hours by flight or 3 hours by high speed railway;
From Guangzhou to Zhengzhou City,it will take 2 hours and 20minutes by flight or 6.5hours by high speed railway;

How about delivery time?
Usually, the delivery time for smaller machines is 30-45 days after receiving deposit, but for bigger machines, it will be longer to make sure the equipment quality.
What is your payment terms?
T/T(telegraphic transfer) 30% as deposit, and 70% balance paid before shipment.
1) 30% T/T within 10days after sign contract;
2) 70% T/T before shipment;
3) 100% L/C is also acceptable.
