High consistency hydra pulpers are used in the production line of wasted paper de-inking in pulp-making industry. They can pulp wasted paper promptly, thick liquid board, and at same time.
It can protect the fiber original character. Once adding the chemical, it can separate the ink particle and impurity to out from the fiber to get the thick liquid with high white degree.
